Any tips for preparing 3 year old (SPD,ASD,ADHD) only child for a newborn???? We have until late july- eairly August but I want to get my child as prepared as possible and make the transition as smooth as possible :)

I am nearly 10 weeks pregnant and I have seen the heartbeat. Am I nearly in the clear? I'm finding that from friends that later miscarriage are when the heartbeat hadn't been seen before later ultrasounds? I'm stressing out like crazy and I'm not having a lot of symptoms (morning sickness etc)...
on this and many other places women can not catch a break! on the news there are women who are being criticised for breast feeding in public, in private women are being attacked for NOT breast feeding... then there are women who do breastfeed and get a disapproving look when they say they stopped...

I think it's just a flat day but everyone around me seems to be pregnant and we just had a miscarriage. I know our turn is next and I know we are very lucky to have one child already. But still just wanting to hear some postive pregnancy after miscarriage's.
