3. Data Use & Privacy:

3.1. The privacy of information you provide to us when using this site is important to us, as is the safety of each one of our users.

3.2. When registering with this site, data is collected using information from your Facebook account, and upon registration you have the choice of providing this data to us, or providing a new set of data. By creating an account, you have explicitly granted use of this data to the Imperfect Mum.

3.3. This site includes various means of controlling the privacy of your data and user account. You can toggle the accessibility of various information to other users of the site by using the methods provided when editing your user account.

3.4. If you wish for removal of any data you have supplied please send a removal request via our contact form which should include the following information: A link to your user account, a link to the Content(s) in question and a message describing the exact Content you wish to have removed.

3.5. IM does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for IM. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for IM or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to IM. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.

3.6. The use of false or misleading personal information is strictly prohibited. Your user account must contain your real name and information. If you do not wish your real and true personal information to be published in relation to your Content, please use the anonymous feature (see section on anonymity). IM reserves the right to take action against user accounts that do not represent a real person, including but not limited to, the actions specified under “removal of Content”.

3.7. We may contact you, by email or other means; for example, we may send you promotional offers on behalf of other businesses, or communicate with you about your use of the Website. Also, we may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. This confirmation helps us make emails more interesting and improve our service. If you do not want to receive email or other mail from us, please indicate your preference by changing your account settings accordingly, contacting us, or by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in an email we send to you.

3.8. When we collect usage information (such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to the Website), we only use this data in aggregate form, and not in a manner that would identify you personally. For example, this aggregate data tells us how often users use parts of the Website, so that we can make the Website appealing to as many users as possible. We may also provide this aggregate information to our partners; our partners may use such information to understand how often and in what ways people use our Website, so that they, too, can provide you with an optimal experience. We never disclose aggregate information to a partner in a manner that would identify you personally.

3.9. We neither rent nor sell your Personal Information in personally identifiable form to anyone.

3.10 Business Transfers: We may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that would be transferred. Also, if we (or substantially all of our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, Personal Information would be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.

3.1.1. The Imperfect Mum also implements Google Remarketing and collects Google Demographic and Interest data. None of this data contains personally identifiable information. To opt-out of this kind of tracking: please use the tool provided by Google.
