Pregnant with number 3 just found out today. I have been on a weight loss journey and now having to stop. Am scared of putting the weight back on. Am wanting to no what sites are good to find healthy meals for be and bub. And also how to tell dad we we're finish after the last one.and how hard is it going form 2 to 3. Oldest is 11 and youngest is 2

Hi. This happened to me just after I started my weight loss journey. One month in and I missed my period! I think eating healthy and losing weight had kicked started my fertility. My trainer and dietitian encouraged me to follow a similar diet that I was on when trying to lose weight obviously needing a new more kjs a day. But make them good ones. I'm due next week and did put on some weight with this pregnancy, more than I wanted, but I'm ready to start my journey again. Keep active and listen to what the docs say about exercise etc. Good luck. I can't help with the going from 2 to 3 because this is only my second!
