Looking for others who have had a Frozen embryo transfer . I had a ET three days ago and this afternoon I’m finding I have lower cramping ,slight breast tenderness and stomach pain which I hasn’t experienced until day 3. Can anyone else relate to these sort of symptoms?

Does anyone suffer from night terrors? I’ve had them for most of my life and now they are getting worse. I saw the doctor today and she recommended some sleep tea and see how that goes but I wake up so stressed about it and I’m crying and my partner is scared :( Is there anything I can do ?
