I'm a young female and struggling that I'm finding that Everytime I am aroused I have some pretty intense period like cramping. This lasts for hours once it kicks in. (Note this is without orgasm happening) Is this normal? I haven't mentioned to the GP yet but will at my next visit.

My period is due on my friends wedding. We are going overseas for it and my period is due at the exact same time. I have endometriosis and my periods are heavy, painful and just down right awful. Is there any way I can delay it by 4-5 days? I'm not on the contraceptive pill so that isn't an option...
