My daughter is 5 and has never been a good sleeper. Unless cosleeping. She “wakes” but isn’t completely awake and just screams and cries. Any advice to help her settle and sleep? She has no recollection of it in the morning

Looking for others who have had a Frozen embryo transfer . I had a ET three days ago and this afternoon I’m finding I have lower cramping ,slight breast tenderness and stomach pain which I hasn’t experienced until day 3. Can anyone else relate to these sort of symptoms?
