Nizoral. 2% to treat, 1% to maintain. Down to about twice a week and using a light shampoo the rest of the time.

Selsun gold is what my son used when his got really bad, it’s the same active ingredient as head and shoulders but a lot stronger, it stinks but it works

I get terrible scalp psoriasis, which is like really bad dandruff but add painful cracking, bleeding, itchy welts. I use Head and shoulders colour care as I dye my hair & most anti dandruff shampoos strip color. I haven't seen a flake or had an issue in years.
Neutrogena T-Gel would be my second choice.

I get very bad scalp psoriasis too. There is a chemist in melbourne who I ring and order a solution from and it’s the only thing I have ever used that works. Head and shoulders is ok but doesn’t fix the problem. If anyone wants the number for the chemist, you just call them and tell them you want to order the scalp psoriasis solution and they post it out. Honestly it’s the best thing.without realise and pain free, It peels my entire scalp free and it’s the best feeling. I apply it every few months. They give you a syringe so it’s easy to cover the spots and spreads easily. I highly reconsider it to anyone who has awful scalp Psoriasis or bad dandruff. Chemist in melb is: 03 9379 7797
