I'm after effective contraceptive advice please...Bubs is due at the end of the year and I'd like to find some contraceptive options. Implanon di NOT work for me at all. It was horrible. I'm really bad with remembering to take the pill every day too.. What are some other options? I've got PCOS too.

I got the Mirena inserted 3 weeks ago and the last week especially I have had very heavy bleeding daily. I know it takes a certain amount of time to "settle" but just wondering if others have had this experience with heavy bleeding and how long it lasted.
