I've been pn the Depo injection for several yrs. I've put on a it of weight which my Dr says is due to depo and to change to Mirna. I'm 47 and have heard mixed things about Mirna. How do you all get motivated to exercise to lose weight? Every night I think, I’m going to exercise tomorrow definitely, then the next day I just always couldn’t be bothered. And especially now with all my kids home too. All advice/help is appreciated. Thankyou
