I bite my nails back a lot. There extremely short and gross (I suffer terrible anxiety and nerves). I just noticed a few brown spots under my skin on a couple of my fingers around my nails. I thought they were blood blisters but they aren’t. Anyone had this? They just kind of appeared.

As a lady does I was just shaving my leg's till I got really bad stomach pain's. Cramping like, not pregnant well I don't think I am anyway. What I have done? It was 30mins of non stop pain and I had to sit down then got back up to move and it's back again.
