When did everyone get their daughters ears pierced???? I had differing opinions from friends, one saying after 2 cause they might pull on their ears while teething. Another friend saying the sooner the better as when they are young (6 months) they aren't to bothered by them and so don't play with...

Need advice on how to transition my 5 month old to cot from bassinet. He loves the security of the bassinet but has outgrown it. He screams as soon as he is in cot for hours. He has started rolling around also, so that is not helping. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
