I've just had my second baby and am feeling anxious and sad most of the time. I feel like a bad mum as I'm cranky and emotional and just not coping well at all. I've just seen my doctor dr who has prescribed Zoloft. I'm desperate to take it yet I feel so guilty as I'm breastfeeding my 4month old baby. Has anyone here had a similar experience and taken Zoloft while breastfeeding?

Have you tried vitamin B6 and iron first? It is where I would start
Zoloft has been shown to be safe for Breastfeeding. Please don't fool around with your metal health x
I took zoloft while i breastfed for 13months, totally safe. Don't ever feel guilty. Your job is to focus on getting yourself better, you are number one. Best of luck xx
I am taking zoloft and breastfeeding my 2 month old son. I have been taking it since 34 weeks and it has not affected him at all. It will make you feel so much better and in control.
