workaholic husband

My husband works 7 days a week!
We live on a farm so his commute is like 5 minutes walk, he starts work between 4am-6am every week day and always has to go back to work in the afternoons "to quickly check this or fax that sheet". He works EVERY WEEKEND and it's supposed to be for only 2hrs but can end up being 12 hrs(he doesn't get penalty rates for public holidays or paid overtime, he gets a flat rate for fulltime). I miss my husband and so does our kids, we are also struggling financially which brings stress into our marriage. How do I get him to take a break from work without upsetting him or his bosses?
