I am wondering about wills, are will kits ok or do you need to go to a solicitor and get one drawn up?
It's such an important thing to do but I've been putting it off.. I have a will kit but I dont know if they are "the real deal" or not, would love everyones thoughts/experiences, thanks

Will kits are the real deal. If you go through a lawyer you are getting the added experience of that person and I think they keep a copy on file and they notify the relevant parties and the appropriate times.
I'm going to be bias here because I'm a solicitor, but I highly recommend you go through a law firm rather than a kit. I've been on the other side a number if times when someone has used a will kit and it's turned into a mess. Also a solicitor will help you think of little additions to put in, custody of kids, burial wishes, trustee of funds etc. Good luck :)
