What do you feed your toddler?

Hi,
My son is one in a few days and thankfully the last couple weeks he's decided he will show some interest in food ;-)
He eats great! What ever I put infront of him he will try.
I have him a few sips of cows milk today and he loved it! I know they say to wait until their first birthday, but what is a few days going to do....
Anyway, I'm just after some suggestions of what everyone else gives their child for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and snacks.
Thank you :-)

I used to give my son weetbix with a bit of pureed fruit to sweeten for breakfast and sandwhich's/fruit or home made vegies for lunch and home cooked mixed vegies with gravy or vegimite in it to flavour it different

At that age my kids loved anything to do with finger foods, its messy but they love it. They also really liked what ever i was eating so alot of times i would just make alittle extra and give it to them. even now when they are 3 and 6 they would preferre finger foods to a sandwich for lunch, carrot, cucumber, celery, cheese sticks, polony/ ham cubes, my son loves red sausages.

For brekky my 18mo has:
- toast
- weetbix (only at daycare)
- cornflakes with diced peaches in natural juice NOT syrup
- plain omelette
- pancakes
- banana pancakes

For snacks we have:
- crackers
- fruit
- papadums
- dried fruit
- avocado
- omelette
- pikelets
- mini quiches
(We are dairy intolerant otherwise I'd add yogurt and cheese)

For lunch/dinner:
- pasta
- fried rice
- curry and rice
- Shepard's pie
- casseroles
- roast chicken and vegies
- sausages
- tuna and avocado mixed together
- beef or chicken mini rissoles
- sandwiches at daycare

Because of the lack of dairy we add a bit of extra oils to things so for example toast with lashings of margarine, tin of tuna undrained in all its oil, avocado daily.

Hope this gives you some ideas but basically my child eats almost anything I eat and I cook everything myself. If you do choose to buy prepared foods for your child read the ingredients first!
