Okay I made tzarziki to go with dinner and now I have heaps of Greek yogurt left but not sure what to do with it, normally I make yougurt with fresh fruit or smoothies but would prefer to do something different like something savoury for a dinner. Any ideas?

We use Greek yogurt to make raita which goes really well with Curries, you can also use it plain on enchiladas or chicken wraps :)
I always have a jar of lemon curd in the fridge for this very predicament, stir through a few big dollops of lemon curd and freeze it, lemon meringue pie frozen yoghurt.
Creamy pumpkin soup. Cook a curry and use the yoghurt instead of coconut cream. Serve drizzled over oven baked marinated chicken pieces. Ok, I gotta stop. I'm making myself hungry lol.
