I have to lose a lot of weight. I am beyond obese, largely due to an undiagnosed medical problem. I am on medication now and I have been told that everything is as good as it is going to get, but the weight isn't changing.
I have a very healthy diet, I eat very well and I exercise as regularly as I can but the weight just isn't shifting.
I have consulted my GP who told me I just need to eat less and do more.
I am considering trying 'something' to help me kick start weight loss, but there are so many options out there. TruVision, Plexus, Slimfast, xenical, duromine...
Can anyone give me any real life feedback on any of them, good or bad?

First of all can you advise what you eat and how much? Also how much exercise and what type of exercise do you do? Please provide as much detail as possible. I was overweight previously and managed to lose 25kgs or 1/3 of my pre weight loss weight.
I'm currently using optifast for breakfast and lunch and sticking to a piece of protein that fits in the palm of my hand (grilled, baked, steamed) and then filling up the rest of the plate with garden salad. I'm loosing a kilo a week. I've cut down to one soft drink a day. I'm also doing around 10000 steps a day (which is just a busy day for me). Im currently loosing 1-3 kgs a week. I would say generally I have difficulty loosing weight.
Please look up Trim Healthy Mama. It's family friendly, you still eat real food and most of all... It works! When done correctly of course!
Research portion sizes. Sonetimes we can eat too much of healthy and its actually over eating. I have a shocking habit of this. But this is the 4th year I want to lose 10kgs and I still haven't got there so this year im determined!
