Hi mum's,
I'm after advice and not judgement.
I need to lose weight.
I'm looking into meal replacement shakes. Can anyone offer any success or failures. I don't know which brand is best. I really don't know where to start.
Thanks

Don't waste your money on shakes they taste terrible and not a healthy long term healthy diet a lot of people I know have been on them and as soon as they stop they put the weight back on, try just changing your diet to fresh fruit and veg, all protein meat nuts eggs ect, no breads and pasta unless w/meal brown rice, have a glass of warm water squeezed with lemon first thing in the morning to kick start metabolism, and try to go for a walk every day even if it's just 20mins, weightloss is all about lifestyle changes and unfortunately it doesn't happen over night
And also I know it's expensive to eat healthy but those shakes and protein bars are very costly and I know what I'd rather put in my body real food from nature!
I have watched my mum go from diet to diet , some working some not! My advice to her was stop wasting money on the shakes , meals etc and just eat healthy smaller portions and exercise even if its just walking around the block to start with then increase to two blocks, buy a skipping rope and try skipping for couple of minutes each day! Cut up healthy snacks put them in the fridge ready to eat , drink heaps of water - have bottled water in the fridge so you know how much you are drinking each day! Good luck YOU CAN DO IT :-)
Hi there mummy! I started on Rapid Loss with my second born to aid with it. I lost 30kg with my second born, with a year of gym 7 days a week and I are very clean. I hate very poorly towards the end of my pregnancy with my third baby as I was under so much stress, But now I eat clean. I found when I cut out most carbs, and only have at lunch time. I'm weighing at 90kg but I've just had my 3rd baby so I am thinking of going raw for awhile. You do whatever you want to do to get yourself the way you want. No one shouldn't tell you other wise. Good luck mummy! Xx
I've never done the shakes but have just started weight watchers. I started on 03.01.15 and have lost 5.1 kgs as of yesterday morning.
I like it because I still get to eat and the app is great. It's all about portion size.
