Hi IMs, this is an awkward subject that I am sure you are all familiar with but still embarrassing... I have a problem with bladder control after having 3 babies. It used to just be that I couldn't jog more than 50 meters otherwise I would start to leak but now I sometimes leak just from walking and squatting down to run the bath etc. it is at the point where I am having to use incontinence products daily. I am only 27 and have a 9 year old, 7 year old and 1 year old. It has only gotten worse over the last two months. I have done physiotherapy and pelvic floor excercises religiously over the years. I am not overweight or anything and excercise daily. Just wondering if anyone else has found a tool that can help other than just dealing with the leaks?

There are lots of different causes. Your GP can help you find the right answers for you. For some people it has nothing to do with muscles and they have a funny bladder shape for example and they need surgery to correct. Back to your GP for further investigations.
Yes a trip to your GP referral to a continence nurse was the best thing I ever done.
I found weight training, such as squats, helped immensely for my issues.
