Vasectomy reversal

Hi. I am interested in hearing from people who have had experience with vasectomy reversal (obviously for most on this site that would be with a partner). I am interested in success rates and if anyone can recommend someone in Victoria with a good success rate. The vasectomy was preformed about 3 years ago??
