Has anyone in QLD used a private investigator to find out where an ex is working??? He's running from CSA and they have advised they can't do google/facebook searches and I've reached my limits I'm just bringing up the same old info time after time. He has already thrown in his job last year & failed to submit any BSA's for his mechanic from home job but is working again but we can't find where, and now has said he can't afford child support so they have reduced his amount payable for two children by 2/3. One child has special needs which he doesn't support the other has had large medical bills. We don't want any contact just to notify CSA where to look for him. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Get some quotes but be careful you could just be throwing money away to not get any back. He's shown a determined history of doing anything not to pay. Also if he is working for a legitimate company the CSA would have his tax records anyway. It's quite possible if he is working for a smaller mechanics they are hiding his employment (paying under the table etc). Making it impossible to get your money. It's totally a sucky situation
