I was recently diagnosed with the relatively rare malformation Unicornuate Uterus, with horn, my left ovary is present but Fallopian tube is not connected to my uterus. This was discovered by accident when removing w dermoid from my ovary after a decade of ultrasounds for mystery pains and gynae complaints.
I have had two children with relatively uncomplicated pregnancies and births, there were a few hiccups but both born at full term and healthy. One took us two years to conceive, the other was after one unprotected instance.
I was wondering if any other women with UU experience pain during intercourse? Does anything ease this pain? Did complications and risks with premature birth increase in subsequent pregnancies? How difficult was it conceive?
