Unbearable pain

I'm wondering if anyone else is in the same boat and what did you do to help!

I am 26 weeks along with my 3 bub one was a still birth at 27 weeks, and was rushed to hospital with contractions last Sunday they were 1 minute apart and lasted a min. They had done tests and could not find out what was wrong, next morning the doc came in and said I have pelvic instarbility. Now I have had this with the last 2 pregnancies but never got contraction like pains (unbearable). Did anyone have theses pains with pelvic pain as well?
My physio said she cant see the connection so now I am worried. I have to take panadole when ever I get the pain and that is everyday, they also said I can get panadine fort but I hate taking meds while pregnant espessilly strong ones everyday. I've had these contractions for about a week now on and off and they are making it very hard to sleep, sit, walk and spending time with my son.

I've tried the tuby grips and support belts and they only seem to make it all worse or make me spew from being to tight.

Any ideas please. Thank you.

The more pregnancies u have the earlier and sometimes more severe the pelvic floor and pressure pain begins. I have not lost a baby but I have gone into labour early with my 3 rd baby and was given morphine to stop contractions, if the pain is that severe and ur history of loosing a baby around the same time frame I would be seeking a second opinion on the pain / contractions
