I have two children and left my job in early 2013 before I had my second. Bub is now 16 months old and I haven't returned to work. 3 months ago we started trying for baby number 3. Last week I found an ad for a casual position that would be pefect for me and after discussing it with my husband I decided to apply for it. I have had the first interview and have a next stage interview coming up next week. I was so excited about the prospect of getting this job but now I am completely torn as I am due to ovulate in the next few days (have been actively tracking for 3 months) and I don't know if we should hold off. Part of me thinks we should hold off and see if I get the job and start ttc again a few months into the job. Another part of me wants another baby so bad I can't let this month go by not trying :( the position is a casual position so not full time or part time contract commitment. Any opinions or advice appreciated!

Just because you're trying doesn't mean you'll conceive straight away. You're also not guaranteed the job just yet so I would do what feels right. If you desperately want to keep trying for a baby, do it. What will be, will be :)
