Not really an imperfect Mum question but I'm pregnant with a boy and my husband and I are after unusual names please! We've struggled for 6 months trying to find one we both like but already having one boy (his name was super hard too!) we're starting to worry we won't find it!! We chose Harrison short for Harry. I love it :)
My two boys are Ryder and Kaiden, we always get complimented on the names
Nice variation - we have a Kai. Chosen for danish heritage (although they spell it Kaj).

These are the names I have been suggesting to my partner with no luck (we are unsure of the sex) Paxton, Braxton, Jakko (Yakko), Azeri and Aziah.. There was plenty more but they were fairly common. Jakko is a finish name (my partner is finish) and they have some unusual names.. Do a web search under 'traditional finish names'... ;)
