Toddler lunches

Am in need of some ideas for healthy lunches for my nearly 2 year old. Currently am without an oven which is very annoying! Am looking for some good healthy recipes that can be frozen & reheated quickly & things that can be eaten on the run. I feel he needs more variety as I seem to be serving the same things over & over & over again. Thanks :)

What about toasties? You can put all sorts of things in those. Crackers and dips or platters of fruit and veg.

With winter coming is perfect time for soups etc. There are literally hundreds of options, can be packed with veggies and good stuff and frozen into little portions and reheated quickly. A favourite at our place is minestrone which I make with dinosaur pasta shapes, and pumpkin soup.
