Hi all IM's,
I am a young mother with 2 children and currently have one on the way. I have always had a weak bladder due to weak stomach muscles but since having kids it's gotten worse. Being Pregnant again has made my stress incontinence an all time high: if I cough or laugh or even sometimes just walking creates a leak. I am constantly going to the toilet to prevent this and I wear pads for fear of embarrassment but I am very self conscious about this.
I feel like I am too young to be dealing with incontinence issues. I have a game where I do a keegle/pelvic floor excercise every time my kids cry "mum" (which is quite a lot) but I still have issues.
My question is, is there other IM's out there struggling with this?
What are some techniques to overcome this? And what are some tips?
