Hi to all the im's out there.
I am a mother to one amazing child a little boy who is about to turn 3! He is amazing in every single way. I just love him so much. My husband and I now feel ready to expand our family and have decided to have one more child. I would be very happy with a little boy like I have stated I am very much in love with my handsome little man, however both my partner and myself would be just as happy but maybe a little more if we could complete our family with a little girl. Is there any old wifes tales that you know of that I/we could try? I heard about something that you can see when is best to concieve a girl (ovulation time's kit) there something out there like that? We are happy to try anything. And would be happy with the outcome which ever way it is (50% chance of a particular sex right) but if we could help sway our outcome we would give it ago ☺
Please no hate we wont be finding out sex of baby in ultrasounds so will be a happy suprise either way would just be handy to know if we could possibly try.. you know??!

We tried the shelters method to help increase changes of having a girl. All I did was time my ovulation. It is proven science male sperm is faster but dies sooner and girls sperms is slower but lives longer. I have a text book cycle and clear signs of ovulation so this made tracking easy for me. We only had sex 4-5 days before ovulation. By the second month of trying we were pregnant. Like you we didn't find out the sex and to our surprise we had a girl (after 2 boys) I helped my sister try this method also and she conceived a girl :) Best of luck and you will get some haters but just ignore. No harm in trying ;)
We've just recently used the shelters method for a boy, after having 3 girls (no actual method for the girls we just lots of sex). Currently 15weeks pregnant but we won't find out until he/she is born (we had 3 surprise girls) I'm actually hoping for another girl but happy to have a boy cuz I know hubby would love some male company. I'm very interested if this method works, it has apparently 70% accuracy I think.
We tried the shelters method of timing (I have a consistent cycle) as well as monitoring my temperature. I also ate the suggested diet for a girl. Alas we have a boy.
Note- we are completely happy with our boy, I'm just saying that these methods are not 100%.
I feel preggies with my darling daughter before my period was due, no method attach and she was a surprise but when i feel pregnant with my boys it was right after each period if you can try and make it work out like that good luck
