Hi there IM's,
I need some advice or direction please. I'm a 24yr old mum of 2 & my whole life I've been quite small. I've just worked out my BMI which is 14.9. I'm 38kgs & 161cm tall & I've never really thought I was severely underweight. I have a fear of gaining anymore weight & constantly check my scales to make sure I'm under 40kgs, othef than that I eat what I want & don't do a lot if exercise. Is there something wrong with me? Should I be doing something to increase my BMI? I've never really been concerned until now. Thanks IM's x

Probably nothing wrong but next time you speak to your GP have a chat about it
Please go and see a dr and tell them everything you wrote here.
Constant weighing is a compulsive behaviour and your obsession with staying under a (fairly unhealthy) weight is concerning. You are quite underweight, which can cause problems over time; e.g. bone demineralisation, menstrual issues and many other problems.
If nothing else, you need to speak to someone about the aforementioned compulsive behaviours.
