Swearing

Hi Im having trouble with my daughters language She is 6 and getting in trouble for been rude and swearing. My DH comes from a rough family and he swears alot so I know its going to be hard to change. How can I let her know its not right when her dad does it. And how can I explain to her Dad that he has to stop
