Struggling to give up breast feeding part 2

Thank you everyone for the overwhelming response to my previous post, a lot of comments brought a smile to my face so thank you!

I still have not made a choose on whether to stop bf yet although I saw my gp today and he gave me an anti-depressant called Valdoxan. My gp assured me it was safe to have while bf but from what I could gather it is a pretty new drug on the market so my concern is that it hasn't been tested for long enough and may not be suitable for me to bf in the long run. Is anyone on this drug atm and Brest feeding?

My second question is what weight loss shake out there are suitable, I tried yummy mummy ones with my first son but found them sickly sweet. I know about herbalife but wondered about others or ones suitable for the paleo lifestyle = no refined sugar, grains, dairy? I find I don't have time to get myself meal during the day between my two boys feeding and routines so feel that a shake would be quick and easy and hopefully stop me binging later in the day.

Thanks for your help again xxx

Can I recommend not doing shakes? It's a short term solution and in my opinion fairly extreme diet
That being said mos people will laugh at my follow up but iv found a raw till 4 eating guide and it's changing my whole view of health!!! I haven't gone all in yet (I actually posted on here and got a bit slammed by vegans lol) but gee I'm 2 weeks in to doing it 90% of the way (I still eat some meat and some cream cheese) but I'm wanting it less and less! The first week was hard but this second week I have SO much energy!!!! I'm still bfing my 20 month and I have even noticed a spike in my milk production!! She was starting to hurt my by trying to really pull milk out and it was hurting y nipples so bad now she is just happily feeding away and content after a 5 minute feed I can tell I had more milk and a better let down with no sugar and lots of raw vegies and fruits getting into me, I snack in bananas between my big fruit bowl and smootie for breakfast and a massive salad for lunch and cooked potatos or past for dinner

Just a thought I eat as much as I want and iv been losing 2 kg a week and iv actually stopped excercising this last two weeks due to my daughter suddenly having separation a inert and not letting me leave her in the crèche or even pram

Anyways just a thought

Your doing a great job by the sound of it and really trying to look after the both of you as well as you. An well done xx
