Go to GP. Get hearing tested. Go from there.
I took my daughter when she was 3 to the gp as she had the same regression. I really had to push for more testing he sent her to a developmental pediatrician. The ped checked everything and recommend she see a speech therapist. Before the ped check she had her hearing tested aswell. At speech therapist she was diagnosed with a speech disorder. We have just finished 4 yrs of speech therapy with her. We are lucky enough to be in WA where they have specialist schools for speech and language she has been their since kindy and has just graduated in December to go to main steam schooling. WA is the only state that does this speech and language schools unfortunately.
