This isn't really anything to do with children but I thought some mums could help out!
I have really oily skin, and am constantly breaking out whether it's stress, that time of the month, what I have been eating, ect ect.
And I'm the sort of person that is self conscience about that and tend to wear foundation if I go out somewhere. But I've noticed my skin getting worse.
I guess my question is... What's everyone's skin secrets and if you wear some form of foundation or cover up what do you use??
Thank you in advance :)

Your best bet is to go see a specialist. Yes it is expensive but if you only go once or twice they should be able to tell you what's causing it specifically and give you tips on how to fix it. There's nothing anyone can tell you that will be exactly what can help you as we all have different skin. What will help me won't necessarily help you. However personally, I exfoliate daily (twice a day). I also get a hot flannel and scrub my face. I use ice to tighten pores which I've heard can help. I avoid things like milk and orange juice (people don't know how badly these can effect skin breakouts!). I've heard your supposed to use make up that your skin can breathe well in, like a mineral powder but I find a stronger foundation somehow works better for my skin. If your time of the month gives you break outs maybe look into birth control that stops periods all together. Good luck
go see a beauty therapist, it could also a bacteria infection thats not clearing up and gets aggravated with certain triggers, you may need special active ingrediants in products to help, also try flaxseed oil tablets, evening primrose, wearing mineral make up and drinking lots of water
After reading a post on here I've started using organic apple cider vinegar (must contain mother) mixed with water twice a day as toner, it is the best my skin has ever been.
