Shooting while pregnant...

Is it safe to go shooting while pregnant?
We like to go hunting on the occasion, haven't been for a while and really feel like going out.
I am 12 weeks if that helps with answers.
Cheers!

I would ask your OB.

Get advice from doctor. It would depend very much on the style of shooting you do and what it entails exactly.

It depends on the kind of hunting and the kick back of the gun you are using. Saying that, at 12 weeks your bubs is very well cushioned. Of course if anything happens that could frighten you, you'll need to take the stress of that into consideration. But I definitely agree that you need to speak to a doctor about this.

Ok thank you.
I only use a .22 so no kickback at all.
The reson I asked on here was because I don't have another appointment until late next month and wanted to go this weekend. Probably just target shooting at this stage.
I asked here as I thought there may be some ladies who enjoy the sport who could give me an idea.
Thank you.

I think you should be fine. I remember my doctor telling me I can continue with my normal activities until I was showing and/or felt uncomfortable continuing. That was in reference to playing basketball though :-)
