Hi Ladies,
Just sharing, I sometimes get eczema that can be really painful, itchy and even bleed. I don't tend to drink milk but if I am out and want a hot chocolate or similar I usually get soy. I have come to notice that when ever I have a soy drink I get REALLY bad eczema. So am now going to avoid soy all together.

Great! - This is so good to know, thanks so much Alanna!
When looking into possible allergies for our little man we were told that most people who react to milk will also react to soy. Plus there are other reports of negative effects of soy out there, so we tend to use coconut or almond or rice milk. Rice milk has been the fave for our boys, I like coconut milk in cooking (as long as you don't mind a slight coconut taste :) ).
My daughter is allergic to dairy and only soy she has is soy yogurt every few days. But it's recommended not to have soy if u can't handle milk as they contain similar proteins.
we use almond milk in all her cooking and have cut dairy and as much soy as possible. This changed her whole eczema experience and hardly gets flat UPS now.
Soy is the devil!!!! Avoid soy at all costs
I totally agree with Alana, soy is terrible. you are better off with coconut milk or almond milk, or even rice milk.
Many people believe that soy is good for you. The Asians eat soy! They are healthy! Yes they are. In Asian countries. What us westerners do to soy to make it edible would make you cringe..
