My child has revealed that a cousin tried to rape them some time ago. We have been through Child Protection and the police. Turns out my child is not the only victim. The perpetrator is to get counselling but no charges. My child suffers mood swings and anxiety as a result. Furthermore my child is being bullied by former friends and the school would not listen. It got to the point my child retaliated and now the school is trying to blame just my child. I have tried taking it higher in the school and nothing. My child used a blade to slash at their legs and had their counselling bought foward due to this. My child has gone to school and I have written notes to explain why work hasn't been done due to anxiety, teachers are laughing at my child and saying your situation isn't that bad.

Time to remove him from that school asap, I know that is not fair but your son needs a clean slate somewhere. Even look at schooling via distance for awhile until he is back on track. If you can afford private counseling/psych services do it.
