Just a confession. I wish I was the type of person who wore make up everyday and actually knew how to use it correctly but alas, I use it very rarely and it's not that great when I do. I see friends post pictures online and think "gee I wish I was more materialistic like them".What a silly thing for me to even think, I should be happy with my children and health and family and friends. But here I am worrying about make up.

Me too! I never wear it, mascara and bronzer on special occasions and Im sure I still look the same. I do wish I could do my whole face up like some people do now, it's pretty amazing! But to be honest, I can't because I Don't, and even if I could, I wouldn't! So it's kind of a fleeting wish, more an appreciation! Haha
You are not alone! I have an older sister and younger brother who are absolute professionals when it comes to make up, and I'm like a 3 year old that can barely draw haha
I was never the girlie one though, make up wasn't a huge thing to me, I have bigger priorities ;)
Although when I do make an effort which is once in a blue moon, people notice and compliment me, and honestly that's enough for me :)
There's nothing wrong with wanting to use it more! I'm sure if you did, people would notice, even then you'd probably feel better about yourself too! Start of slowly and work yourself up to getting into more and more, think of it as a hobby! YouTube is a life saver now days x
Dont worry i feel the same way. I feel like i must of missed out on some vital time in my life when hair and makeup was learnt by all the other girls my age. I cant do anythi g with hair other than a pony tail and my daughter is always asking me to do her hair pretty and i just cant. Ive recently started using nude by nature and its great very easy to use. I would reccommend it as it does have a very natural look and also comes with instructions!
I enjoy wearing makeup and being girly, as it gives me a confidence boost :) try watching YouTube videos - shaaanxo, carli bybel, lauren curtis, jaclyn hill are my favourites :)
I was the same :) I got suckered into a Mary k party and turns out she actually helped :) she got me some very basic bits and pieces and gave me a private tutorial, it helped a lot! I still don't wear it a lot but when I do I don't feel ridiculous anymore :)
