Routine and schedules

Hi mums and dads!
I really need some help with a routine/schedule for my baby.
My little one is just on 3 months old. Right now she is demand formula fed.
My problem is her sleeps. She sleeps awesome during the night, only wakes once for a bottle, if that, so no complaints there.
During the day is a different story. I just can't seem to get a routine flowing.
I have two school aged children as well, so I leave the house at 8:45am, and again at 2:45pm. I also go to gym 2 days a week and the time is normally from 9:30am until 12pm.
She is not a huge feeder, never has been from day one. She is only just now managing to finish 150mls per feed. Sometimes more sometimes less, never less than 100mls. She is growing perfectly fine, and putting on the beef.
The health nurse mentioned the eat, sleep, play routine, but I am finding it hard to get her in this routine.
I feel like her and I are all over the place, and honestly it's doing my head in. I don't want to give up gym as it's my outing.
What I would like is some example feed, play and nap times from mums and dads who bottle feed. (I'm not sure if breastfeeding is the same, as unfortunately I only breastfed for 2 weeks)
You would think after 2 kids I'd have this in the bag! But seriously after a 6 year gap, I am at a loss, and having the older kids I find it harder to flow a routine.
Any help will be appreciated! Thank you!

I had the same problem with my son. I found it was easier for them to go to sleep straight after a bottle, it makes them relaxed and sleepy. Play time before the bottle. Make naps a priority. Figure out what times suit you best for her to nap and stick to them, organise the bottles around them. It maybe a little challenging at first but you will get there. Routine is key, when everybody knows what's happening and when, it makes life do much easier. Good luck!

Thank you!
I remember my other two, playing and then feeding before a nap. I guess that's why I am finding the eat play sleep routine harder!
I will give this way a go and see if I can get some sort of daytime nap routine happening. As of right now it's all up in the air, I don't have set times, and I think this is confusing her as much as me. Thanks again ?
