Has anyone reverted to their maiden name whilst they have remained married? Did you need to change anything with the registry of births, deaths and marriages?
How hard was it to change your name with all the different organisations and government departments?

It's a similar process to changing when you first get married, though some organisations may charge you to reissue ID etc. Write to them with certified ID or go in and sign a form.
