Regression

Please help me! I'm scared I'm losing my mind, I have quite a number of stresses, I have children on the Autism spectrum, my partners ex is crazy and is constantly harassing him even though they have been separated for 5 years, my ex won't pay any child support and the list goes on, I feel like my sanity is slowly slipping away, I have weird crazy feelings of wanting to regress into childhood so I can be looked after, the feeling is intense! It actually freaks me out, I've always felt with my own problems and been able to snap myself out of any times of depression but this is different, it's not depression, this feeling I get is so powerful, has anyone ever had this feeling before?
