Pregnant and just found out I may have lupus.

I have just found out I'm pregnant with #4 and got test results back from last months check up. Went to dr to get results and referral for hcg blood test and found out I may have lupus SLE. I have had more tests done for further investigation. Has anyone had this happen? What has been the outcome? Has anyone had lupus and had a healthy pregnancy and birth? Really worried now. I have had 3 healthy pregnancies and 3 miscarriages the most recent being in dec last year.
