Hi ladies,
My husband and I are hoping to conceive our 4th child in the near future. However, in all my pregnancies I have suffered Hyperemesis gravidarum for the first 16 weeks or so. Being so sick triggers my anxiety and depression and I am extremely fearful as I know that I have this in store, should I become pregnant. Does anyone have any advice for me on how to prepare and what I can do to make this time as bearable as possible?
Thanks in advance x

Honestly, get a nanny, housekeeper, house cleaner. What ever services you can afford get them! If that's all taken care of then at least you won't be worried about trying to look after everything. However I'd also weigh up in my mind if I really wanted a 4th or I could be happy with my 3. Sometimes the price is just to high and it's ok to admit that and accept that. But only you can decide if it's worth it.
