I know it's been asked before. But here I am... Still struggling to lose an ounce of weight. I gained 15kg with my girl, lost 6/7 when she was born, nine months down the track and I just can't budge it. I exercise, eat healthy, drink water.... Nothing happening apart from my shape changing. I joined losebabyweight, follow the plans - not much luck, just change in cms... Which is good... But I have been hoping and wishing for more results with how long I've been doing it for, how much I'm doing. Seen a doctor, nutritionist, all say - you're going good - keep doing what you're doing. But I reaaaaalllly just want to be back to the old me by the time my girl hits one. (4 months), can anyone help or suggest anything? Thyroid is ok, just started gettin my period again, stopped breast feeding two months ago... :(

Honestly, I think you are just being too hard on yourself. It takes ages after a baby. You've only just got your period back, you are still probably sleep deprived etc. it will happen when and if it happens. Your body never looks exactly the same post baby because your lower ribs spread, pelvis spreads etc. it's all stuff that's supposed to happen.
If you are loosing cms thats fantastic!!!
You may never weigh what you did beforehand, muscle weighs more than fat, therefore the more you workout and build muscle the heavier you may be.
Its been 3 years since my last child and i too am honestly struggling to budge. :( i will get there eventually! We both will!! Just keep your chin up and keep doing what you're doing! :)
