Hi I am pregnant with my third child and am experiencing pain from a blocked milk duct. I have not breastfed my youngest for over a year and I am blocked from colostrum, not milk. Anyway, I have tried to massage it out and with hot water (to help the flow) but it is right behind my nipple and really hurts and is hard to get to. Does anyone have any tips to help me out? Thanks

Go to the docs. They'll give you a shot. Is it infected?

I had one like that right after I had my 3 rd, the only thing that got it unblocked in the end was using a machine to express it. It really hurt but it unblocked eventually
