I'm sort of freaking out a little. I have the Mirena as my contraception and have had it in for a bit over 2 years. I haven't had any issues with it previously. Over the last week my body has been acting up, my skin has gone oily and breaking out in pimples, my breasts are tender, I am urinating a lot more and my stomach feels bloated.... My period isn't really regular due to the mirena, sometimes I skip it for a few months.
Is it possible that I could be pregnant? I have an appointment with my GP in a few days, just wanting to hear from people who may have been in the same situation.

Pregnancy is possible with ANY form of contraception. No form of contraception is 100%. So yeah it's possible and does happen. Take a home pregnancy test in the mean time. That could speed things up for the GP so you can both start making a plan. You may also not be pregnant and it could be something else.
