Has anyone had their childs heel prick test come back abnormal? Or indicating cystic fibrosis? What did ur follow on test say? We have been told our dd who is 13 weeks may have the disorder and needs to do a sweat test. Just looking for comfort and like minded storries as im not sure what to expect

Treatments for cystic fibrosis have come a VERY LONG way in the last 20 years and even 20 years ago a friend with CF who didn't have access to the latest treatments managed to reach high school before we lost touch, and his family were JW which actually left a number of the accessible treatments off the list.
(and is partly why we lost touch religious politics of their region were no small issue and when I moved a town over she was forbidden to visit because I was outside her area)
