So 10-14 days out of the month I am a horrible short tempered mother. I have 3 children and dads a FIFO 4weeks on 1week off. So I have them by myself a majority of the time.
What are your remedies to help with the week before and during your monthlys? I hate feeling angry and emotional (I cried over the sweetness in the qantas add last night)
What helps you control it all?
Unfortunately time out is not an option for me.
