As a mother of a nearly 3yr old I am forever being asked, So when's the next one coming? Or people saying You better hurry up before age gaps too big. Etc etc. I'm sure you all know the kind of questions I mean.
Now here's my advice - Unless you know the couple VERY well its simple... Don't ask these questions.
With our 3yr old it took 2 years, 3 miscarriages and over $20,000 to get him. Fast forward now and we have been trying for 2 years again, 2 miscarriages and currently at $11,000.
Now I don't see this as anyone else's business and don't discuss our struggles to conceive with many people
But being asked constantly when next ones coming is REALLY hard. So please ladies do your friends and strangers a favour and Don't ask

I know just how you feel! My son just turned 6 and have been trying for #2 for two years now - 9 embryo transfers, 10 embryos, 3 full cycles with egg collections & ICSI, 4 miscarriages - I am still not pregnant. I had my last miscarriage on Christmas Day just gone. Spent ridiculous amounts on treatment, acupuncture, naturopaths.
I get asked regularly about having more and I'm now at the point where I just say I'm happy with one and have my hands full. That way it cuts the conversation short and I don't get upset by going into detail.
Good luck getting your second baby xxx
Thankyou all for your comments and love. I've just been reading the fb link and I hate that so many of you know exactly where I'm coming from and are experiencing the pain of TTC :-(
Good luck ladies may we all get out babies.
