Not looking for lectures on safety, hygeine wtc, i know the drill and have been given the go ahead by my midwife to give this a go if i can. Has anyone performed their own stretch and sweep(membrane sweep)? Looking for advise on how to do it, what everything should feel like, best positions to reach ones own cervix etc . I can reach my cervix and am 1.5-2 cm dilated and everything feels very soft.
