My partner, our three kids and I went to family birthday party the other day, in the middle of it my partner went home to get my wallet and phone which I had forgotten on my way out the door. This is actually so common. Go to an emergency department and ask them how often unusual objects get stuck in the body 'by accidentally falling'.
